Tips and experience rent a room as student.

Hello fellas , hiks.

Well , this year I want to be more positive and bright.  

So today I would like to share to you how to choose a rental house a.k.a rental room for student. 

For your information, I am still a student 4th year University near KL. 

As this semester is also my first time rent a room as my university's fee for college now is super expensive like thousand Rm1000 /semester . Not a private uni but still super expensive for me , therefore I choose to rent a room.  

1. If you choose the room based on budget 

• Calculate how much is your budget such as budget  if you stay in college and budget fee plus  transportation if you rent. If the amount is most likely.. Oh.... I think you can just stay in the college unless you have extra money and feel want to gain new experience rent a room as student (near Kl)  . make sure it is at least less 30% than the fee of the college. You can choose sharing room ,because most sharing room near KL less than 200 if you stay in flat or apartment ( near Pantai Dalam)

2. If you choose the room based on comfortablity and  accommodation .

• Which , you can survey the room first .See how the cleanliness of the toilet . Have you ever heard this "If you want to see the people living in the house, go check their toilet , If it is clean , yes . That's the house where you should rent ! If  it is not , I think you can check another room . It is better for check other room if you suffered perfectionist-attitude or you are a clean person .

3. If you choose the room based on the transportation, public transport and safety . 

• Near Kl if the house is near commuter (Ktm) or Lrt the fee will be bit higher but the transportation budget will be cut off . yes! Then re-calculate it back to have a desirable budget . Point no. 1
•  Safety of the house is depends on the place. If you are about to rent a room in the apartment which rent per month 300 to 600 then yes. I believe there is a guard at that apartment. Plus the accommodation such as gym , library perhaps . 
• If you stay in PPR , the safety quiet good. The corridor here was bright . 
• Check for the neighbor , if the neighbor is a family , then It is safer than rent a house near single-man/woman. Family member like makcik  and pakcik2 tu boleh tengok2 kita yang duduk area bandar2. Plus kalau diorang ada anak perempuan , they will pay more attention to you ( woman) just like their child ( truly based on my experience)  

4. This point  is rare because some of us will not check it. What is it Check your will-be housemate or roommate if you are about to share a room with her and stay there for little longer . 

• At first before decide to stay at that house for a little longer, pay you attention to this point . Sometimes having a lazy roommate or housemate is such a big problem and a jerk things that ever happen in the life of a renter. Know why, such as if you stay in the house with that kind of person, they will make you stress and stress and stress.
• Based on my experience ,for example  she will bring food from outside and left the left-over food on the table with the "sisa-sisa sampah" . Then , whe will go to the work without cleaning it and the day fater she wil do the same things collect all the sampah and throw at the kitchen but at the end the sampah , she will not bring down (down = where to gather the garbage as I live at the flat PPR ) but keep throwing at the kitchen.  Oh my God. and I am and my other housemate that will bring the garbage down with ulat-ulat as lama tak buang. 
• This things is CONTINUOUSLY happened  and I become more stressed as even I told her not to throw woman-garbage in the toilet (even she already wash  it) it become annoying and you will turn to be jerk to her without realize . The bad thing is hse is older than me for 5 years yet she are not act like one!
• So ,my tips is check it well enough to have decided to stay it for a little longer like me. I am no regret as my other housemate was at my side every  moment I complain to them about "her"  (the one who always bring food from outside and left it on table)  . We are about to do #misinosharinggarbageinthehouse

So, far my other housemate was great as they are older than me and always advice me for this life , such relationship , studying , future plan and many more.

P/S: Having personal room is the best for renting a room .
